The City of Abbotsford is located in the central Fraser Valley in southwestern BC. NEIGHBOURHOOD DATA

The subject neighbourhood is developed with numerous newer warehouse and strata warehouse developments. The neighbourhood benefits from good traffic exposure and easy access to major transportation routes. Highway No. 1 and Fraser Highway access is available approximately 0.75 kilometers to the north at the Mt. Lehman Road freeway interchange. The Abbotsford International Airport is located 2.0 kilometers to the south. Abbotsford's central business district to the east is also easily accessible. The subject site benefits from good exposure on busy Mt. Lehman Road and Progressive Way. The Mt. Lehman Road/Highway No. 1 interchange is in the process of being extensively upgraded to allow for additional traffic flow in and out of the area. This is one of the most desirable industrial neighbourhoods of Abbotsford with several new developments in the construction or planning stages.

the City of Abbotsford has divided the community geographically into 15 urban neighbourhoods and 7 outlying rural areas. The partially finished office space is demised into office area, storage, and a washroom. The partial finishing in this section consists of electrical, plumbing, and drywall. AN OVERVIEW OF ABBOTSFORD
