Ken Neufeld
has been an Abbotsford resident for most of his life.
Being born in Abbotsford had many advantages, not the
least of which was to watch a small town in the country
grow to become B.C.’s 5th largest City, a
great place to build a career, raise a family, enjoy an
active life and retire with every amenity you need close
at hand.
Ken Neufeld started in
Real Estate in Abbotsford in 1967 and in 1975
moved to Prince George and from there to Vancouver
Island, Oakridge and Richmond before moving back to
Abbotsford in 1990. Since he was always a full time
Realtor he was able to develop connections with other
people in the Real Estate Industry throughout the
Province of B.C. and today it is these contacts that
have enabled Ken Neufeld to develop a powerful
referral network.
In the many years of his
interesting career Ken Neufeld has been actively
involved in land development, the hiring and training of
sales marketing teams, Company management and ownership,
mortgage brokerage, specialty sales financing (including
Bridge Financing, Corporate Relocations and Trade Plans)
as well as the sale and leasing of Industrial and
Commercial Real Estate. Ken
Neufeld has been a Director of two Real Estate
Boards in B.C. and served on various committees of two
other Real Estate Boards .In addition he has served on
the Advisory Board for Royal LePage. He is also
the recipient of the Royal LePage Residential
Real Estate Services Branch Manager Award.
Ken Neufeld has won numerous sales,
management and Corporate awards during his lengthy
career. They point out an important aspect of his
work ethic which is that hard work, a continuing goal of
improving yourself and always offering his clients more
than they expect are essential to a long, successful
career in Real Estate sales.
Kens hobbies include building
and racing street rods,( his present ride is a blown ’46
Studebaker pickup truck) helping his wife Mary with her
Arab/Friesian mare, reading a good book , playing the
violin or most importantly playing with his two
grandsons. Somehow he finds time for his two grown
children and his son-in-law while helping raise funds
for the Children’s Wish Foundation and being an
active member of The Shriners of B.C. and Yukon.
As the saying goes” if you want to get something done
give it to a busy man”. Ken is busy, and he likes it
that way. If you want your property handled in a
professional and efficient manner Ken is the man you should be calling today. |
