Meet Pat Neufeld. He’s the most recent member of Ken Neufeld and Associates specializing in the sale or leasing of Abbotsford Real Estate.

 Pat Neufeld is another one of those rare individuals who was born right here in Abbotsford. He hasn’t always lived here though, having spent some time in Prince George, Vancouver Island and Richmond. 

Pat Neufeld is out-going, competitive, a natural leader but all the while someone who cares about the people around him. He has been active in many sports including play basketball with the Hugh Boyd Trojans, soccer with The Richmond Rebels, and running cross country with the Kajacks Track and Field team.

 Pat Neufeld worked for 20 years in the hospitality industry, including Cheers in Abbotsford, Legends in Richmond and The Ice House in Langley, where his background in sports proved a real asset as he would find himself organizing the Monday Night Football and the Hockey Night events.

 Pat Neufeld also has a love for the theatre and has acted in productions that played in Richmond, Vancouver and Burnaby and he is an active volunteer with the Provincial Trail Ride raising awareness and funding for the Children's’ Wish Foundation.

 Most recently Pat Neufeld has worked as a facilitator to the Land Development Industry working with projects in Langley and Abbotsford on the development of an expansion of a large shopping center and on two new Industrial Parks.

 Pat Neufeld will be working primarily with be taking care of the needs of Residential customers as well as continuing his efforts with the Land Development sector.

 Pat Neufeld is a young man eager to develop long-lasting relationships with clients based on trust, hard work and a willingness to always provide more than is expected.
