Permitted Uses
750.01
The
following uses and no others shall be permitted in the
I5 zone:
Commercial Use,
limited to:
convenience
stores,
limited to a maximum floor area of 300 m2;
dry cleaners;
financial
institutions;
florists;
hair salons;
printing,
photocopying, duplicating, lithographing, blueprinting and
similar reproduction services; and
Restaurant Use,
excluding drive-in or drive-through and limited to
a maximum floor area of 500 m2

Conditions of
Use
750.02
Storage
shall take place entirely within a wholly enclosed building.
750.03
The
maximum gross floor area of all buildings and
structures shall be 1,500 m2.
Lot Coverage

The
maximum lot coverage shall be 50%.

Building or Structure

The
maximum height of any building or structure
shall be 6.0 m or one storey, whichever is less.
