570.01 The
following uses and no others shall be permitted in the C6
zone:

Commercial Use,
limited to:
animal grooming;
bakeries;
commercial school;
courier, delivery and express facilities;
dry
cleaners;
funeral parlours;
garden centres;
grocery stores, limited to a maximum floor area of
470 mē;
hair
salons;
nurseries;
printing, photocopying, duplicating, lithographing, blueprinting
and similar reproduction services;
publishing, where printing or binding is part of the business and
is conducted on the same lot;
radio, television, recording and photographic studios;
retail sale, rental and repair of:
antiques;
beverage supplies and equipment;
books;
building supplies, including plumbing, heating, ventilation,
air-conditioning, security and electrical equipment and floor
coverings;

Use
570.02 An accessory one unit residential use shall
be contained within the same building as the tourist accommodation
use or funeral parlor.
570.03 Unenclosed storage shall:
(1) not exceed 3.0 m in height;

(2) not be located within 3.0 m of
an exterior lot line and within 6.0 m of a lot line that abuts an
R, RM or P zone;
(3) be limited to that part of a
lot surfaced with asphalt or concrete; and
(4) not include storage of material
or goods likely to produce or give off dust or other particulate
matter that may become wind-borne.
Lot Coverage
570.04 The maximum lot coverage shall be 40%.
