750 SERVICE INDUSTRIAL ZONE (I5)
Permitted Uses
750.01 The following uses and no others shall be permitted in the I5 zone:
Commercial Use, limited to:
convenience stores, limited to a maximum floor area of 300 m2;
dry cleaners;
financial institutions;
florists;
hair salons;
printing, photocopying, duplicating, lithographing, blueprinting and similar reproduction services; and
Restaurant Use, excluding drive-in or drive-through and limited to a maximum floor area of 500 m2 ; (B/L 1232-2003)

Conditions of Use
750.02 Storage shall take place entirely within a wholly enclosed building.
750.03 The maximum gross floor area of all buildings and structures shall be 1,500 m2.
Lot Coverage
750.04 The maximum lot coverage shall be 50%.
Height of a Building or Structure
750.05 The maximum height of any building or structure shall be 6.0 m or one storey, whichever is less.

Setbacks
750.06 Buildings and structures shall be sited in accordance with the following minimum setbacks:
