770 AIRPORT INDUSTRIAL ZONE (I7) (B/L 628-98, B/L 979-2000)

Permitted Uses

            770.01 The following uses and no others shall be permitted in the I7 zone:

Airport Use

Airport Fuel Facility Use

Airport Hangar Use

Airport Office Use

Airport Terminal Use

Civic Use

Commercial Use, limited to:

convenience stores, limited to a maximum floor area of 300 m²;

financial institutions;

courier, delivery and express facilities;

flying club;

aerospace related trade school;

truck and aircraft refueling, including key lock facilities; and

vehicle servicing.

Restaurant Use, limited to a maximum floor area of 500 m²; (B/L 1232-2003)

Service Station Use

Conditions of Use

               770.02 Unenclosed storage with the exception of the storage of aircraft, or unenclosed operations shall;

(1) not be located within 3.0 m of an exterior lot line; and

(2) not include storage of material or goods likely to produce or give off dust or other particulate matter that may become wind borne.

Setbacks

                770.03 Buildings and structures shall be sited in accordance with the following minimum setbacks:

              770.04 Any building or structure or any addition to any building or structure must not penetrate the obstacle limitation surfaces established for the Abbotsford Airport by Transport Canada and NavCanada.
